A Miranda Rights Warning For Montreal Unitarian U*Us And Other Unitarian*Universalist U*Us Who Say Things That Can Be Held Against Them

Having been read my Miranda rights a few times now as a result of having been falsely arrested on bogus criminal charges brought against me thanks to outrageously hypocritical Montreal Unitarian U*Us telling highly misleading half-truths and outright lies to Montreal police officers and Quebec Crown prosecutors etc. I believe that it is only fair that I provide Montreal Unitarian U*Us, and Unitarian*Universalist U*Us U*U World-wide, The Emerson Avenger's version of the Miranda Warning.

The standard minimalist Miranda Rights warning says -

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you at government expense.

There are of course variations of this basic Miranda warning but the above version is quite familiar to anyone who watches popular police/crime dramas on TV or has actually been arrested one or more times. The key parts are the right to remain silent and the related fact that anything that one does choose to say to the police can and will be used against you in a court of law.

Here is The Emerson Avenger's version of that basic Miranda Rights warning -

You U*Us have the right to remain silent. Anything you U*Us say can and will be used against you U*Us in the court of public opinion, if not an actual court of law. . .

The rest of the Miranda rights warning is redundant. My main point here is that the stupid and harmful things that outrageously hypocritical U*Us say can and will be held against them on The Emerson Avenger blog, elsewhere on the internet, and in other media where possible. Of course I have been doing just that for some time now but in the coming weeks and months I will be blogging about the highly misleading, outright false, perjurious and just plain paranoid things that Rev. Diane Rollert and other Montreal Unitarian U*Us said to Montreal police officers and Quebec Crown prosecutors, to say nothing of a Quebec Court judge or two. . . in their deeply misguided and outrageously hypocritical efforts to misuse and abuse the Canadian Criminal Code to over-ride my constitutionally guaranteed right to engage in peaceful public protest and force an end to my ongoing peaceful protest against the diverse injustices and abuses that these and other U*Us have either directly perpetrated or indirectly perpetuated. Hopefully by exposing and denouncing the false and misleading statements that Rev. Diane Rollert and other Montreal Unitarian U*Us made to the police etc. will dissuade these foolish U*Us from making any further false and misleading statements to the police and telling perjurious falsehoods and outright lies in court.
