International Human Rights Day 2012 And Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Solicitors - What's The Big Fat U*U Connection?
Yesterday, Monday December 10, 2012, was International Human Rights Day 2012. This fact aka Big Fat U*U Truth was reflected in the two blog posts that I made yesterday, even if these blog posts did not specifically mention the Big Fat U*U Truth that it was in fact Human Rights Day 2012. Several of my Tweets yesterday did specifically mention the fact that it was #HumanRightsDay and I ReTweeted a number of Human Rights Day Tweets from other Tweeters aka Twitterati. I particularly liked this Human Rights Day Tweet from my good friends at Anonymous and responded to it by Tweeting -

That Tweet provided a link to what *was* a brand spanking new blog post titled -

Needless to say, a free and genuinely *responsible* search for the Big Fat U*U Truth and meaning of that Big Fat U*U Tweet will reveal that I consider(ed) the above mentioned Emerson Avenger blog post to be one of my Big Fat U*U Contributions to Human Rights Day 2012.
It should perhaps be noted that the theme for the 2012 observance of Human Rights Day was -
"This year, the spotlight is on the rights of all people — women, youth, minorities, persons with disabilities, indigenous people, the poor and marginalized, and of course that Big Fat U*U Shit Disturber The Emerson Avenger — to make their voices heard in public life and be included in political decision-making. These human rights — the rights to freedom of opinion and expression, to peaceful assembly and association, and to take part in government (articles 19, 20 and 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) have been at the centre of the historic changes in the Arab world over the past two years, in which millions have taken to the streets to demand change. In other parts of the world, the “99%” made their voices heard through the global Occupy movement protesting economic, political and social inequality. So what's the Big Fat U*U Connection with Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Solicitors U*Us ask?
Well, besides the fact that one of the Unitarian Universalist Association's Canadian attorneys, Stikeman Elliott litigation lawyer Maitre Marc-Andre Coulombe is *also* at the Big Fat U*U Epicenter of at least one quite hysterical historic change in the so-called U*U World, *someone* from Stikeman Elliott LLP Barristers & Solicitors chose the Big Fat U*U Fate of visiting The Emerson Avenger blog on Human Rights Day 2012 at almost the same time that *someone* from the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations had a peek at my blog post about Rev. Cynthia P. Cain's sexual harassment of Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, and the whole Grand Old Party.
Who knows?*
Maybe UUA Executive Vice President Kathleen 'Kay Montgomery was engaging in her Big Fat U*U Responsibility of coordinating the work of the UUA's legal counsel, which presumably includes her highly questionable coordination of the work of the Unitarian Universalist Association's Canadian attorneys Stikeman Elliott LLP Barristers & Solicitors in general, and the apparently "less than honest" work of Maitre Marc-André Coulombe in particular. . .
I mean, let's face it U*Us, of ALL UUA leaders UUA Executive Vice President Kathleen "'Kay" Montgomery who has been supervising ALL UUA senior staff, and coordinating the work of the UUA legal counsel, for years and years and years if not decades and decades and decades. . . *has* to be best positioned to know perfectly well that *some* "less than perfect" ministers of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations are in fact guilty of "engaging in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape." So one *has* to wonder just why Kathleen apparently said 'Kay to Maitre Marc-Andre Coulombe's "less than Truthful" cease and desist demand letter which falsely accuses me the archaic crime of blasphemous libel for allegedly making "unfounded and vicious allegations to the effect that ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape."
Needless to say, I find it more than a little bit ironic, to say nothing of outrageously hypocritical. . . that *someone* from the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations corporate headquarters in Boston and *someone* from Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Solicitors, may well been doing their damnedest to figure out and coordinate just how they can legally compel The Emerson Avenger to -
"(a) take down all web postings (I) have made concerning the (Unitarian Universalist) Association and its women ministers that are or could be considered sexually-oriented and/or defamatory, (b) cease and desist from posting on the internet defamatory or sexually-oriented comments about the Association and its women ministers, (c) cease and desist from making threatening or sexually-oriented comments to ministers orally and/or in writing."
On an international day of observance that was specifically dedicated to the human right to freedom of opinion and expression, and making one's voice heard in public life. . .
